• WhatsApp Business credentials you connect via Facebook Embedded Signup
• Customer messages processed by the AI (stored per conversation)
• Product images uploaded to Cloudinary via our dashboard
• Usage data such as page views and feature interactions

• Operate and deliver the Bizmaat platform — your storefront, AI agent, and dashboard
• Train and improve the AI's ability to answer product questions accurately
• Send you service notifications (e.g. escalation alerts to your WhatsApp)
• Process and display your orders and conversation history
• Comply with legal obligations

Bizmaat integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its features:

• Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API — sending and receiving WhatsApp messages
• OpenAI — AI agent responses and product embeddings
• Cloudinary — product image storage and delivery
• PostgreSQL hosted on Coolify — all structured data

We do not sell your data to any third party.

When customers message your connected WhatsApp number, their phone number and message history are stored in your Bizmaat account. You are the data controller for your customers' data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process that data under applicable laws.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), JWT-based authentication, and restricted database access. No system is completely secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@bizmaat.com.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days except where required by law.

Bizmaat is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
