Terms of Service

Bizmaat is an AI-powered storefront platform for small businesses. It provides:

• A free public storefront at [your-slug].bizmaat.com
• A dashboard for managing products, orders, and conversations
• An optional AI-assisted product listing feature (Starter AI plan)
• An optional WhatsApp AI sales agent that replies to customer enquiries 24/7 (Pro AI plan)

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• One account per business. You may not share access with third parties
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Bizmaat

You agree to use Bizmaat only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• List counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods
• Use the WhatsApp AI to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies

The Free Store plan is free forever. Paid plans (Starter AI at ₦5,000/month, Pro AI at ₦20,000/month) are billed monthly. Payment is currently processed manually via bank transfer. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Bizmaat reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period.

To use the WhatsApp AI features, you must connect a phone number via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. You are responsible for complying with Meta's platform policies and ensuring you have the right to use the connected number. Bizmaat is not affiliated with Meta.

You own all content you upload — product listings, images, and business information. By using Bizmaat, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process your content to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Bizmaat's platform, code, branding, and UI are the property of Bizmaat. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Bizmaat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost sales, revenue, or data. The AI agent is designed to be helpful and accurate but may make errors — you are responsible for reviewing AI-captured orders before fulfilling them.

You may delete your account at any time. Bizmaat may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your public storefront will be taken down and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Bizmaat after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
